I can promise it did and it's getting worse as the day goes on.

He just called someone to get an insurance quote without having a drivers license or any insurance.

Now the dealership has called him and told him he is going to have to buy insurance through them since he doesn't have any insurance.

Junior Achievement should be more than a once a month session for 45 minutes.

Most states have laws against unscrupulous car dealerships.

Tell him to return the car and cancel the loans.

How would the finance company let him leave without insurance? It smells fishy because whoever is financing wants their car protected. It's the same reason you can't have just liability when you have a loan on the car.

This is a very weird way to brag about owning a financial calculator.

Dealers aren't obligated to have a return period and the dealer in this work of fiction would not have one.

But like Golfer said, this fake dealer is so unscrupulous that only God knows how many laws they are violating.

Alabama doesn't have a cooling off period to return it or a buyers remorse law. Not that I can find.

Zero chance he drove off in a financed vehicle without proof of insurance.

Decent troll though.

There is a finance company in BR that puts a device on your car if you have it with them. If you don’t pay the note or the insurance, device is turned on and your car won’t start.

If he did, the OP is misguided in knocking him as the biggest idiot in this story.
