I really feel bad for him because he had no clue what he was signing. I'd have gone with him if he told me he was going to buy a car. But like I said in my op, I knew he didn't have a drivers license because I can't let him drive any company vehicles.

They 100% did
He has a photo ID and that is it. That is the whole reason I started asking questions about it. When he told me it was a brand new vehicle from a dealership I could not believe it.
