Bissell crosswave is what my last housekeeper used and according to reviews seems really good.
I was pleased with the floor. The robot imop or whatever was a pita.

J/k.

People rag on German cars, but their QC has gotten much better in the last decade or so, especially Porsche.

Nah, thing runs like a champ. Perfect town car. Probably squeeze another few years out of it. Knock on wood, but no major out of warranty repairs. Moonroof doesn’t work, but whatever.

Sometimes the best value is also nearly the best in quality.

SWFA scopes, Dexter knives, Fiskars hand tools, as a few examples. None of those is anywhere near the most expensive option but is very near the top in quality when it comes to actually performing the task it is built to do. The extra gazillion dollars you pay for the actual top brands is usually just vanity spending and gains you near zero or zero functionality.

This is where I get my rocks off. Once I find those kinds of brands, that's all I buy. I love a product that is well built and reasonably priced.

Not overly pricey, but I think this will end up a good purchase. Got it for my deck and am going to build a wood stand for it. Very Well made except for maybe the legs, but it's meant to be able to go rv camping with. Griddle and burners are SOLID.

Got it instead of a black stone for a couple reasons.

1. I can take the griddle inside so it doesnt have any chance to get wet and rust.

2. I can take the griddle off and use the burners for frying, shrimp/crawfish boil, etc.

3. Blackstone, etc griddles are well made, but the stands and burners are crap.

I will say this one isnt the best at heat distrubition as you definitely have major hot spots over the burners, but can use the middle for moving done or slower cook stuff too.

All my guns. Never regretted a gun purchase, only have regretted selling some.

Grasshopper zero turn. Depreciating value but well worth the extra cost over a typical zero turn.

Michael Jordan, Tom Brady, Jackie Robinson, Mickey Mantle, and Muhammad Ali rookie cards and signed items. Just free money, only goes up in value.

LV wallet.

Viori gym shorts. Expensive but so worth it.

Big green egg.

Land. haven't built my house yet but enjoying the acreage already.

Private golf club membership.

Edit: +1 to Blantons, Milwaukee tools and Stihl chainsaws.

Buy really high quality tools (hammers, screw drivers, socket wrenches, power tools, etc.). They are worth the extra money.

Great tools can literally last a lifetime. Cheap tools will degrade quickly, make any job more difficult, and eventually will need to be replaced.

There's also nothing more infuriating than having a necessary tool break on you in the middle of a job and it brings the entire thing to a screeching halt.

Agree 100% I was always told and have learned over time. The most expensive tool you will ever buy is a cheap one. You will buy the cheap one over and over

I splurged on some Birkenstock sandals last year. They are well crafted and I think I’ll wear them for ten years easily.
