anything to try and make people forget ABs disastrous attempt to diversify their core consumers.

I think they did a tremendous job of teaching a whole new core demographic. Used to be mostly rednecks that drank BL. Now everyone that drinks it is a ****.

Wow, that's some pandering bullshite. They need that chubby comedian in there too to guarantee baws will keep drinking it. If he drinks it and there's a bald eagle in the ad, by God that's a manly beer!

Watch that. The entire point of a boycott is to express our disapproval as consumers of a companies position and to promote change through peaceful withholding of our business.

If we teach businesses that there is "no going back" then the power of the boycott is lost.

They were a historic American brand and, foreign owners or not, I am happy to see that history reflected in their advertising and attitudes. Despite the owners, they still have tens of thousands of American employees. I don't want to see them fail.

Don't give a frick if a product is "too woke" or "too patriotic"

If I enjoy the product, I will purchase it.

Regardless, it's dumb as frick that Super Bowl commercials are being officially posted 2 weeks before the Super Bowl.

Budweiser always makes great Clydesdale Super Bowl commercials, the part where the wings spread when the horse jumped and the eagle took off got me. Good job as usual.

Is an intentional homage to Game of Thrones and Dragon Wings.

But the chick landing on the ground is a mess. 1: parents eject sick chicks from their nests. 2 Predators do clean up, snakes, possums, even crows would have that bit of protein gone in a lot less than a day.
(Didn't they ask if that was even vaguely sensible?) 3 Even if there were no predators, the chick would have starved because the horse wasn't going to eat worms and regurgitate them to feed the bird.

If they had just done a Clydesdale growing up, it would have been wonderful, but they had to overdo it.

They should’ve just kept Spuds McKenzie as their mascot. Spuds is not controversial and does not care what pronouns you use for him. He just wants to be petted and given a Budweiser every now and then.
