Maybe he wants out so he can search for the "real killer."

I once represented a serial killer. I got her a very good plea deal.
The colloquy between she and the judge during the hearing to enter her plea (to multiple charges) lasted about 90 minutes. Probably the most stressful 90 minutes of my life.
She was 100% certain of what she was doing and why she was doing it.
Within 24 hours of her entering her plea, she had drafted her own motion to withdraw her plea, based upon a variety of inane arguments. Unfortunately, due to confidentiality requirements, I could not comment on any of her inane arguments.
Her Motion to Withdraw was denied, and she was eventually sentenced. Following sentencing, she filed her own appeal(s), based upon more inane arguments, none of which I could respond to. Fortunately, all of her appeals were denied.
This occurred 24 years ago. She is now out.
There have been 3 documentaries made about her case and at least 2 podcasts and 2 books. I have refused to participate in all of them.
However, it does not stop the media from continuing to contact me about the case. I was contacted by a podcaster LAST WEEK to participate in a new podcast that is supposed to be completed in the next few months.
I point this out because I can only imagine what people are telling Kohberger, and those in his orbit, to try to induce this sort of behavior ... in addition to his own misguided motivations.
Kohberger might be doing all of this on his own, without any influence other than his delusional thoughts, but never underestimate the media's ability to influence bad behavior in order to keep someone "famous" solely for the benefit of generating content.

The forensic evidence against him is overwhelming

What are the details? I watched as many as I could find about this case last year. Ready to refresh my memory.

In a just world he'd get his trial and get sentenced to death by firing squad.
I think chaining his feet up to the back of a vehicle and doing donuts for a few minutes on concrete and gravel would be more palatable.

Let him have the re-trial, with the understanding that if he’s found guilty he gets the death penalty.
A win for the taxpayers.
A win for the taxpayers.

It’s all part of him trying to control and cause harm.. he wants to decide how his fate lies.. he cares very little about the victims or the families.

Plus when you’re the main suspect in a quadruple murder burning your trash is pretty suspicious.

Can't someone on the inside do all of us a favor and "accident" this guy already?
Unfortunately there aren’t any Clintons in jail. If there were. Accidents would be far more common….

Seems like a bid to just get out and eat real food for lunch.
