BATON ROUGE — It was a deadly weekend in Baton Rouge as Baton Rouge Police investigated three fatal shootings between Saturday and early Monday morning.
The three killings are unsolved.
The first happened Saturday afternoon with BRPD officers responding around 5:05 p.m. to the 3100 block of Pampas Street. Officers found a man dead from apparent gunshot wounds in an apartment. He was identified as 22-year-old J’Sinn Bazile, according to BRPD.
Fatal shooting at Boulevard De Province
Baton Rouge Police are also investigating a deadly shooting that happened Sunday, the 14th, in the 1700 block of Boulevard de Provence.
Officers found 18-year-old Jeffari Kaglear with multiple gunshot wounds about 2:30 p.m. He was rushed into surgery but died from his injuries, police said.
Police do not know who killed him.

Police found 16-year-old Reynard Green with a gunshot wound about 1:50 a.m. in the 600 block of West Grant Street.

We must end white supremacy

At least there is tailgating

You see? If we would just destroy the golf course and add a bunch of concrete shite and running paths to City Park we could solve this murder problem.

I just can’t find it in me to give a shite anymore unless it’s in my neighborhood.
I’m totally numb to the killing, which is sad. Communities all over the country and globe just have no value for life.

We really need to start having difficult conversations in this country.

Not sure how the underserved community can keep getting served like this and call themselves underserved.

It’s worse than that. We’ve suffered through a decade of gaslighting to make police interactions with this community appear as the real issue (lol).

Remember when "overpolicing" was the issue? The Progressives created a system where Pro-Active policing is bad so the BRPD just sits around in their cars and waits to come pick up the bodies.
Congrats liberal whites, you are killing the black people you so loudly proclaim to be protecting.

How will we maintain our infrastructure if we keep losing all of our young engineers

The Baton Rouge 'community street teams' aim to stop gun violence: 'you have to be in the trenches'

It’s not a difficult conversation at all. Data backs it. Blacks are far more violent in America than any other group. Young black males are far more likely to commit murder than any other group. Even black women are more likely to be violent than any other group of women.
Look at the facts, it’s not a difficult conversation at all.

I’m glad the article specifies that the killings are unsolved. I thought the police were investigating solved shootings.

I remember when 100 murders was a rarity but BR has topped it 8 out the last 9 years. It seems like we'd be thinning out the herd of gangbangers at some point but I guess not

New Orleans is at 37 homicides so far. Crazy how far BR has fallen.

and as with most difficult problems, the best place to start is where the issue is most probable to occur; black males between the ages of 16- 30. that is, if you put 1000 young white males and 1000 young black males in (separate
