The family must have their own public defender on retainer.

Here is a thought. Kill him. We are too kind to people who have no place in society.

Very, very high burden to meet.

I disagree, seems the judges do what they want, and making a case to keep a convicted killer in jail would be easy to make.

But for the sake of argument, if you are correct then the bail should've been higher.

$300,000 bail can bond out with $30,000.

7 years for murder

It was apparently 7 years for the 2019 manslaughter plea. So he should get out in 2026. That article is very poorly written

Wouldn't he receive credit for time served while awaiting final disposition?

I have no clue what most of what I saw/read there was saying but was he posting on Instagram while locked up?

He has a son who will be terrorizing us all in a few years.

Court records show Bailey pleaded guilty in 2019 to a manslaughter charge. He was given 10 years in prison but only served seven before he was released

How could he have served 7 years since 2019? I'm no mathematician, but 2019 plus 7 is 2026.

Oh sweet summer child, of course he was. And even better, not just posting but calling out people and threatening them about what he was going to do once he got out.

It is really uplifting to see the system work like it is supposed to and have someone become rehabilitated in prison. He surely looks like a peaceful and productive member of society now. This story about him killing someone in a car chase from the police is clearly bogus. It must be a misunderstanding, a case of mistaken identity, or most likely a police plot to frame him for a crime some white supremacist committed.

Alternatively, eliminating the right 20% of the criminal population can get rid of 80% or more of the crime.
