I don't know if I would call 50 acres of river bottomland with access to the river and bayou "worthless".
If you hunt and fish it sounds pretty nice to have your 7000SF mansion sitting on it.

In that case, I have 200 acres of bottomland adjacent to the sulfur river if anyone's interested. >1.5 miles of river frontage

The acreage is awesome for privacy but it's a bit pricey for a house that would require some major updates. Cool design, though.
