No better than those redneck hillbillies from Mississippi racing to get back to that hell hole coming through the east

A sturdy two prong or snake eyes bit will work for it.

That’s been a myth for a while… True they used a plane prop in their logo as an advertisement back in 1929, but it’s not what the actual logo represents.

Many people believe the BMW logo is a stylized propeller,” says Fred Jakobs of BMW Group Classic. “But the truth is a little different.”

Sick of companies doing this. People can't even afford to be poor anymore & do things for themself.

And many aspects of the BMW either already have or will move to the subscription model: heated seats, navigation, you name it. You will have to pay for it all.

Gonna have to pay a subscription for cruise control and automatic door locks on BMW's pretty soon. That subscription model is something they've started to push, and I'm glad consumers are pushing back.

In the giant universe of fricking over people by making things difficult to repair, a proprietary screw ranks pretty far down my concern totem pole. Let me know when they start welding the screws in, which would be the machining equivalent of the tech world gluing everything together so you can’t take it apart without destroying it

That's an opportunity for someone to build that screw driver and change out the hoity toity BMW screws for more conventional screws. Unless they have a different thread . The illustration shows NO thread

Another douche reason Clarkson can add to the lengthy list of reasons BMWs are for wankers.

I'd imagine 99.9% of people buying a new BMW have never turned a wrench in their lives. I don't think this will have that much of an impact on their sales
