I feel like we are just watching a pyramid scheme for the race-baiters

It’s going to come crashing down bigly IMO (maybe next year, maybe in 15 years) but for now... that’s a good deal

It's extortion. Plain and simple. Al Sharpton and Jesse Jackson did it for decades. This is the new generation of extortionists.
Ice cube and his group were just doing something similar to GM.

Just ask Jesse Jackson, Al Sharpton and others.

The interior and the exterior is all white
Yeah but the whole thing is being supported by the strong black columns and beams. Theme complete.

This could've made for a fun episode of House Hunters.

Anybody remember Jesse Jackson's son who was a congressman and went to prison? He's collecting almost $140,000 per year in Workers Comp and disability payments from the federal government. Just another example of the black man being oppressed.

And this is why we see wokeness and SJW shite injected in to every aspect of our lives......it pays very, very well. The racial grievance industry is worth big bucks.
Until it stops being lucrative, it will continue.
Imagine preying on the ignorant to fill your pockets.

That solid wood ceiling really puts my own "engineered wood" ceiling to shame.

That’s a nicer home than I expected for only $1.4 in LA
Right? I was expecting a rundown hovel of some sort but that place looks well-kept and cozy. I guess you get a little more for your money out in Topanga. Or maybe someone cut her a sweetheart deal.

Using black people to hustle money from white people to get away from black people. It's got every progressivism hallmark.

So, a cozy 800ish square feet?

Honest question, is this an expensive home in this area?

I would guess it's on the upper end of average, possibly slightly above average. The quoted pieces make it sound like there aren't a lot of homes in that area though, so who knows.
