Requiring the newest textbook version when the actual material is all the same and they just change the names on the quizzes.

Movie theater concession prices. I get that it's a business but cheap popcorn shouldn't cost as much as the movie ticket
Wait until you go to a sporting event

A lower income family of 4 probably can't afford to go see a movie if the kids are going to want something to snack on.
Then the kids don’t need snacks, or the adult can bring some in a purse or pockets. You don’t have to be James Bond to pull this off.

If they lowered the prices just a bit, more people would go
I have a feeling that people don’t choose to go to a theater based on concession prices.

Title insurance.
Do you know anyone who has had a title policy claim?
Paying up to 1% of property value for this is insane.

Not even this. You just go on chegg or quizlet and you can find the same question word for word from several years ago.
Even diff authored books have the same questions. So the 2015 version has the same shite as the 2022 version. Unless you are doing tax or something and the tax code changes.

Paying exorbitant Ticketmaster fees for events with them having a monopoly on most venues is my biggest pet peeve (besides the obvious answer to your question, Health Insurance)

For real. Bought two tickets recently for $70 total. Final checkout price $105.

My kids have been in school 2 wks and came home with T shirt order forms and fundraiser sale catalogs...two weeks into the year and being hit up by my kids to peddle chocolates and gift bags.( " If I sell 30 I get ride in a limo and lunch") I'll take the entry fee
