"To determine the most attractive real-estate markets in the U.S., WalletHub compared 300 cities across 22 key metrics," according to the new report. "The data set ranges from median home-price appreciation to home sales turnover rate to job growth.
Almost 4,000 preowned homes were sold in those markets in the first half of 2018.
And median home sales prices in all three communities are almost $100,000 higher than the overall D-FW area.

You mean to tell me the home of the Waterbury Open is rated that low? That's preposterous

I’m surprised Nashville, Greenville and Austin aren’t in the top 10

Gotta pay to get into anything north of Bush.

How is any city under Flint? They don't even have water to drink.

Why is Miami Beach in the bottom 10? No one wants to live there vs Fort Lauderdale or Hialeah?

Usually gotta pay to get anything inside of Bush, too.

Michigan, Illinois, NJ, and Ohio coming in hot!
Miami is a bit of a surprise, but one trip down there and you’ll see why..

The white-collar metro area has relocated to the DNT/SRT stack. Hence everything touching that area has turned to gold.

Frisco is the beneficiary of the Billion Dollar Row that sits in West Plano. Without that expansion, Frisco is a shadow of what it is today.
Off the top of my head you have:
Frito Lay
Keurig Dr Pepper
JC Penny
Toyota
Mcafee
Intel
USAA
Capital One
JP Morgan
Ericsson
Yum Brands
Rent-a-Center
Shocker that area drives wealth creation.

Frisco/McKinney has become the new Plano, hell even the Cowboys players have moved there from Plano.

The entire DFW area has been booming the last 6 years. But the real estate market here is also considered the most over-valued and susceptible to a bust. Anecdotal indications from real estate professionals I know is the market has slowed. Interest rates are up and will continue to go up next year which will have a negative affect on the real estate market.
