Rubensteins, but that's mostly nice tailored suits. They may offer full bespoke, but damn I'd hate to imagine the price.

Luca Falcone and Bobby Mac do full custom suits. I do not get suits here, but have friends who spoke well of them.

Last time I priced it, I ended up breaking even by flying to Hong Kong and enjoying a four day vacation with one full day of fittings. I would have spent the same amount to stay here and have the suits and shirts made.*

I don't think anyone does true bespoke in this state, but that's more an argument over what the word means.
Anyway, what you need to be looking for is Martinez Custom Clothier in Baton Rouge. If you're going to spend a few thousand on a suit, driving an hour to the best clothier in the state shouldn't be much to ask.
