6 pages in, I'll nominate Testicular Torsion for pain specific to men.

I gave myself a tension headache or whatever it’s called when I was bench pressing one time. I almost drove myself to the ER it hurt so bad. Didn’t completely go away for 2 days

I've taken some pretty hard licks and have dealt with a lot of physical paint but it doesn't compare to what depression has made me feel. It's hard to explain. I've never been in physical pain bad enough to consider that dying was a good way to stop it.
For physical pain I'd say it was either smashing my face on a horses head or one of the staph infections I had. I had a big one on me elbow that wasn't responding to any of the antibiotics so it blew up. I was working on a fourwheeler and when a bolt broke my elbow slammed in to the fourwheeler frame. The pain was bad enough to make me black out and start puking. I ended up in the ER on a IV drip for that one.

Did not read any of the thread but the answer is kidney stone.... I can't imagine a worse feeling than the few I've had.

Maybe a kidney stone. Probably. I've had both and the nod goes to the stones.
I'll say this-nothing -takes the mind off of grandiose illusions of oneself and puts petty complaints behind in in proper perspective like the focus of a bad toothache or bout with kidney stones!
BTW. If you can get some clove oil and dab some on your tooth and get into the crack or cavity it will bring instant relief.

Kidney stones followed closely by constant back spasms with a bulging disc over a weekend.

Kidney stones are too of the list for me.
Not far behind, though, is when I broke my collar bona and dislocated my shoulder. The injury itself wasn't too bad. Don't get me wrong, it hurt like a motherfricker...But afterwards when the ER doc popped my shoulder back into it's socket and had to set the collar bone. Whoo boy. I screamed like someone was cutting my entire arm off with a steak knife. Because that's what it felt like.
I was 17 at the time and, up until that point, hadn't felt any kind of pain that was in the same ballpark as that little procedure. Holy shite it makes my skin crawl thinking about it.
