Concussion. Real one.
Throwing up non stop for two hours because your brains are scrambled is worse than any pain I've ever felt in my life. And I've done it all to myself, trust me.

I had an impacted wisdom tooth that got infected and it was pretty brutal. Not the worst pain I've had but it was pretty bad.

Dislocated shoulder for 4 hours until the ER got their staff together to sedate me and put it back in.

Tooth pain edges out kidney stones.
I had a root canal done years ago on the cheap because my insurance didn’t cover it.
Huge regret. Years later I go to the dentist with terrible pain. Apparently they didn’t do it right and a pocket of air was left in it. It festered and got infected.
Dentist told me I’d have to have it pulled but needed a week on antibiotics first. Gave me 7 lortabs. One night friends came over and I begged them with tears in my eyes to shoot me because the pain was so bad. It was horrid.
I channeled some of it into a power ballad about the guy who built the Killdozer in Colorado years back because I had to have some outlet to pour that abject misery into. Wouldn’t wish it on my worst enemy
