i also think a 3rd-4th degree burn might trump them all from a literal standpoint, but burying your wife and kids that you love gotta be at the top of emotional pain.

Yep. I had two 7mm. Drove myself to the er at 4 am. Staff was having a hard time verifying insurance prior giving pain meds. I told the nurse I’d sign the title to my car over to her if she’d give me something.

Killdozer
Well Marvin was a welder, just a humble working man,
In Granby, Colorado, where he’d make his final stand,
So now I’ll tell his tale so heed the lesson that he brings
“Sometimes reasonable men must do unreasonable things”
Killdozer! Killdo-o-ozer!
You know sometimes a man he just refuses to surrender
Killdozer! Killdo-o-ozer!
when you mess with such a man he’ll give you something to remember
He owned a couple acres and a shop to make repairs,
Not a man to wrong another without cause,’
But some bureaucrats decided that he wasn’t good enough,
And so they destroyed his livelihood with laws,
They had finished Marvin’s business,
Left him no way in or out,
By the red tape one more common man screwed over,
But inside Heemeyer spied unfinished business of his own,
When with vengeance on his mind he eyed his Dozer
Killdozer! Killdo-o-ozer!
You know sometimes a man he just refuses to surrender
Killdozer! Killdo-o-ozer!
when you mess with such a man he’ll give you something to remember
For 18 months he built it,
Cement sandwiched within steel,
A cocoon of revenge filled with screens and guns,
With an armor plated engine,
This behemoth with a blade,
When complete it weighed in over 60 tons
On fourth of June he climbed into his tomb,
And sealed it shut,
Greased the sides so none could climb this beast of metal,
There was no door, created for it,
He just smashed right through the walls,
His legend roared as to the floor he pushed the pedal,
Killdozer! Killdo-o-ozer!
You know sometimes a man he just refuses to surrender
Killdozer! Killdo-o-ozer!
when you mess with such a man he’ll give you something to remember
The plant that caused it all, was first to fall, and the the town hall,
Then the dens of all the men who’d done him wrong,
When the cops, they tried to stop it,
bombs and guns could not prevail,
They all failed for the Killdozer was too strong,
Bridge:
Then to challenge him in the road,
On a metal beast of his own,
Sat the man who had used the machine of state,
To take Heemeyer’s Land,
But Now Killdozer Stands,
Two Treads Driven By Fate
Banjos and fiddles duel
And though some may call him crazy,
Sometimes every normal man,
Feels the urge to hoist the black flag,
And put spit upon his hands,p
In his defense,
No innocents,
Were harmed in his destruction,
He met his end,
Buried within,
A tomb of his construction,
So if you’re feeling small,
Then just recall, And give some thanks,
When they step upon the little man,
Somewhere killdozer cranks!,
Killdozer! Killdo-o-ozer!
You know sometimes a man he just refuses to surrender,
Killdozer! Killdo-o-o-ozer!
When you mess with such a man he’ll give you something to remember
“Sometimes reasonable men must do unreasonable things”

Technically, burns of that severity are pretty painless as they kill the nerves that signal pain. It's the lower grade of burns that you have to go through to get there that hurt like a motherfricker.

I have had many broken bones and torn ligaments and tendons. Yes I was crazy and stupid when I was younger. The worst is when I basically ripped off my last 2 toes. They were hanging on with a little bit of skin.

GOUT
End Thread. Seriously. If you don't know, this is an excruciating pain that is worse than any surgery and broken bone experience I have ever felt. Only thing worse is going to the podiatrist to take a steroid shot in the affected GOUT joint to begin the healing process when in full flare.
Excruciating.

Kidney stone
/thread
I've already had about 20 of them and have had 3 stone removal procedures already this year and they are the absolute worst pain I've even experienced.
The biggest one I passed on my own was right at 1/4 inch wide and damn near 1/2 inch long and had me in pain for 2 weeks before I finally pissed it out. The damn thing looks like a miniature asteroid, all pockmarked and gnarly looking.

3rd degree burns on your feet and in between your toenails...having to go to the dr every few days so they can take a razor blade and scrape off the dead skin

Having your in-laws essentially move in for the holidays.

Describe kidney stones. Is it a constant pain or just, like razor blade when you pass them?
For me, it starts with serious back pains in the area of the kidney. As the stone starts to pass through the urinary tract, the pain travels with it and the soft tissue of the tract is torn up by the roughness of the stone.
If you're lucky, the stone will continue along the urinary tract and finally enter the bladder. If not and it gets stuck in the urinary tract, it can cause urine to build up behind it and that can damage your kidney.
So, assume it makes it toward the bladder and when near the bladder you will feel like you have to piss like a racehorse all the time, but only pass squirts and dribbles. Once it finally gets in the bladder then it's just a matter of time until it is pissed out and that is a sensation all its own.
I describe the pain of the stone moving through my body like someone had a fish hook in me and decides to pull sharply on the line from time to time. Sometimes this pain only lasts for a few days, but I've had it last for damn near 2 weeks before.
Nothing more pitiful than a grown man lying in a fetal position unable to move due to the pain.
I wouldn't wish stones on my worst enemy.

For me, personally:
Persistent gout. If you've never had it, don't speak
Kidney stones
** I'm 53 and have never had a headache of any kind. Seriously
