If you pour concrete in Louisiana and it don't crack... you better dig it up and find out what's wrong with it. I know it sucks man. Had a a patio poured and had decorative stone put in.. Cracked in 3-4 places already....

I can tell you what works for me. I inject with KOSMOS injection Reserve Blend. When I put it on the smoker I wrap just the flat with foil for the first three or fours hours of smoke. When you expose it to direct heat later it slows down the cook of the flat.IMO...

Pour about 2 cups of laquer thinner on it. Get U some oil dry. Cover the puddle of thinner with the oil dry. Put on some crappy shoes an crush the oil dry into the concrete. Use a "twisting motion" (hold your heels up and twist). Do this until you see white concrete underneath. Rinse and let dr...
