Me and Ms. speck used to go out to BTR and "park" near the runway and "watch" the planes take-off and land. Thought it was a step up from the submarine races at the lakes !

I use mine mainly for smoking chicken. Brisket and other meats that take more than four hours get enough smoke without it I have found.
Not just the young ones !! Mine is in her sixties and can burn a salad with the best of 'em!
Bought a 2025 Suburban in July. Family vacation has never been better. Seven of us went to the beach comfortably. Zero issues.

Will be in Chattanooga tonight. Where's the best BBQ? Looking for the best brisket. TIA
Rebuilt a Ford 260 V-8 when I was 15 years old.
Installed over 30 A/C's in school busses over an 8 year period.
Painted my 8.5 x 20' enclosed trailer in my driveway.
Installed a 12'x24' building to house said trailer.
All the electrical maintenance and upgrades in multiple houses I lived in.
Water and drain lines installed from the front of my house to the rear.
Gettin tired just talkin about it.

It ain't your age... It's the mileage !

Make a seasoned egg wash. Crush a sleeve of Ritz crackers in a ziploc bag.
Put 1/4" of olive in cast iron pan. Run them thru the egg wash then in the ritz.
Cook 2-3 minutes per side. ENJOY!
You may think this is "off the wall" but try adding a tablespoon of A-1 steak sauce, two tablespoons of Steens syrup, 1/2 teaspoon of each oregano and red pepper flakes.
Be thankful !! Lost mine two weeks ago today and life is not the same.
Crush a sleeve of ritz crackers. Season however you like. pass filets thru seasoned egg wash and tumble in ritz crackers. Pan fry in about 1/8" olive oil until golden brown on each side. Works great with snapper also.

I usually grill up some boneless chicken thighs. I marinate Asian style one week then maybe fajita style the next. Throw a potato in the air fryer and make some green beans. For the fajita style i will griddle up some onions and peppers with Kinders fajita seasoning.

Boats are like women. It's hard to find one that does everything!
