Me and Ms. speck used to go out to BTR and "park" near the runway and "watch" the planes take-off and land. Thought it was a step up from the submarine races at the lakes !

I use mine mainly for smoking chicken. Brisket and other meats that take more than four hours get enough smoke without it I have found.
Not just the young ones !! Mine is in her sixties and can burn a salad with the best of 'em!
Bought a 2025 Suburban in July. Family vacation has never been better. Seven of us went to the beach comfortably. Zero issues.

Installed a 12'x24' building to house said trailer.
All the electrical maintenance and upgrades in multiple houses I lived in.

Make a seasoned egg wash. Crush a sleeve of Ritz crackers in a ziploc bag.
Put 1/4" of olive in cast iron pan. Run them thru the egg wash then in the ritz.
Cook 2-3 minutes per side. ENJOY!
You may think this is "off the wall" but try adding a tablespoon of A-1 steak sauce, two tablespoons of Steens syrup, 1/2 teaspoon of each oregano and red pepper flakes.
Be thankful !! Lost mine two weeks ago today and life is not the same.
Crush a sleeve of ritz crackers. Season however you like. pass filets thru seasoned egg wash and tumble in ritz crackers. Pan fry in about 1/8" olive oil until golden brown on each side. Works great with snapper also.
