So the rules state that a certain race of people can not come to an event.
You know, I’m not positive but not only have i heard of a word for that but also believe i have learned about that in history classes.

Statistically speaking, aren't places with more white people typically less likely to have violence?
Now it does say that poc moved there to avoid white violence. I guess they are okay with lots of violence, just so long as it's not from whites. Not saying it will necessarily increase violence, but it definitely won't be less violence per person because there are no whites. Just won't be white violence.
