If you can’t order cocaine in New York, and then not die, where can you order it from?

a social worker—ordered cocaine

With a credit card cash advance? Guess the 25% interest rate on their card doesn't matter when dead.

I understand why they put fentanyl in heroin. As it boosts the effect. I don't get why it would be in coke as it's an opposite high.
Is it purely to kill people?

I guess if people buy any drug they should test for this stuff.

Cocaine cost a lot more than Fentanyl though. Makes no sense.

Yeah it seems the only possible outcome from cutting with fentanyl is dead customers. Doesn’t seem like a good idea for the dealer unless the dealer is just a serial killer.

Cocaine use = extremely trashy and sign of stupidity. Darwin at work.

I still don’t understand cutting coke with fentanyl

May be a case of rapidly diminishing utility.

.004 grams of fentanyl= 25 cents per kilo and “Man, this stuff is fire.”
.005 grams of fentanyl= 26 cents per kilo and overdose.

I imagine it has some sort of speedballing effect.

It seems like the issue took a turn for the worst in 2013-2014. The number doubled or nearly doubled essentially each year of Obama's second term. What changed?

maybe but not like dealers are doing geomtric distibution to make sure the mix is even across the board and this shite changes hands multiple times without knowing what has and hasnt been added

i mean i could give too shits, i dont use it and hopefully none of myu family or friends do(dont think any do) so it has no effect on me. if you wanna snort coke like a trashy frick...go ahead but understand their are consequences

overall we do need to get the fentanyl problem under control though because its effecting non drug users too. Dems arent real interested in that though.

What happened to the days of cutting with BC powder or baby aspirin? Fentanyl is so potent in small doses that it doesn't make sense to *intentionally* cut with it.

Nobody is intentionally cutting cocaine with fentanyl they are intending to bump* it. It is a type of over-the-top speedball but obviously not what these and many people are expecting. At some point in the chain there are people that are mixing fentanyl in with other drugs and do not have the proper lab-grade equipment to weigh and mix it properly.

* pun intended

Coke use is trashy. More trashy than smoking cigarettes but far less trashy than dipping.
I mean a coke head may leave scratches on your bathroom counter or oddly swing their jaw when they talk but they don't walk around carrying containers of spit everywhere they go.

Definitely a bot. Suggests consulting a specialist before buying street drugs. I guess AI doesn't understand

I don't use any of this either, but this is what I'm worried about. We just keep having the conversation and I made my kids watch this video. Warning, extremely hard to watch.

Lol it’s 100% intentional.
100% unintentional. These people are paying a lot of money for an upper, the last thing they want is it being mixed with an opiate that has the opposite effect. The drug dealer wants repeat customers and also doesn’t want to get their unsuspecting client killed. These are cases of cross-contamination.
