Drug delivery has been a thing in NYC for a while now. If you do drugs you have to test them first. Narcan saves lives.

2016 -- 9,580 deaths
2017 -- (Trump's first year) 19,413 deaths (+10,000)
2018 -- 28,466 (+9,000)
2019 -- 36,359 (+8000)

Looks to me like Trump had three-consecutive years where the death rate slowed, each better than before, until 2020, when Covid hit the fan and we lost all control.
From 2020 to 2022, we are now exceeding 100,000 deaths per year. That's a growth of +25,000 per year under Biden, worse than Trump's worst year. And it's still getting worse.
You still think Trump was "in no way effective"?

That is the death rate growing every single year. You could say the rate of growth was less each year, but you can’t say the death rate wasn’t growing

I almost think fentanyl is a conspiracy to kill sent by China? Why is it in coke? I've heard of b12, baby laxative and even MSG being used as a cut, why cut with a downer? Fentanyl used to be a patch you wore. This new powdered stuff is crazy. I read last year someone bought Xanax that turned out to be fentanyl.

I wonder if the shortage of adderall due to increased demand is due to people switching to a safe pharmaceutical drug to “stay awake” rather than risk using stuff like cocaine

There’s no way to properly dose coke with fentanyl because it’s not a pill. Some people may do half a gram of coke, others an 8 ball in a night. You put fentanyl in coke, you’re almost guaranteeing it kills the user.
