I'm at home nice and dry but how did you know that this last round of lightening scared my dog so much that he shite on the floor?
You might want to investigate more closely, maybe he didn’t just shite when he had to go WeeWee.
I already cleaned it up. There was no urine. He was walking across the floor when the loud arse thunder came and he jumped up in the air and when he came down there was him and three little presents for me.
He is now outside and he can stay there.

Just got home. Normal 15 minute drive took an hour. Hooray Baton Rouge

It’s not unjustified. It fricking sucks to drive here when it rains heavily. It goes from dry to flooded streets very quickly, making the already shitty traffic a hundred times worse.

I’m normally one of those people making fun of school being out for everything, but the areas this afternoon that I’ve been around haven’t flooded like this since 2016. Not saying that the backflow and all that will happen, but it’s more than a casual summer storm, at least here in BR. Also more rain is projected tomorrow, Saturday, and Sunday

I live 4.5 miles from work. Took about an hour here too.

No point in trying to discuss anything with him, he’s way too edgy

High water on Bennington and constitution on my way home. A few cars were flooded in those areas.

Last year when the streets flooded some dumbass in a Jeep buried herself in the grass on the side of corporate

All the hype over the last month and nothing. Little hype if any for this rainstorm and Baton Rouge is drowning. F’n idiots

I hope to god we don’t have another one of those situations. With this forecast, things could get bad really quick.
