There was much more concern from the medical community early on with Covid. The transmission rate was the big thing.

Stayed way too long, he’s only averaging 25/10/9 in a playoff series that he leads 3-0 with the other 2 best players on his team out injured. If only he went out on top like Jordan with the wizards

Yeah that sounds like a tough one. They had to use my FHL tendon, the one that curls the big toe. Can still use the toe to press down just can’t curl. Running has been more difficult than lifting but it’s all getting there slowly but surely

I am about 9 months out from tearing my Achilles twice and 9 weeks non weight bearing. Have been doing single leg presses, extensions, curls, and RDLs for 5-6 months and upper leg strength is nearing equal again. I can feel it very slightly on squats but not nearly as bad as the beginning. The calf is another story lol but as far as your issue goes those exercises should work
First 5k run/walk since tearing my Achilles, having it repaired, tearing it again, and having it repaired again with an FHL transfer little under 8 months ago, just under 40 minutes. Not fast but proud enough of making it the whole way to post it lol. Hoping to run a 10k race sometime in 2026

5/3/1 is my favorite. Lots of variations, but the periodization and the amrap set every workout seemed to help me the most

Not sure why this has so many downvotes lol. I’ve always had Hulu live, the only thing you don’t get is the quad box but you never have to worry about this exact situation
Whit has one of the worst PFF scores on the defense. Not that it’s gospel, but idk if that’s the metric I’d use to prove this point

I don’t think we played our A game against Clemson on offense. Defensively, absolutely. But there’s more in the tank for this offense, especially with braelin Moore active.

My advice would be if you’re even worried about the possibility of a rupture, see a doctor or physical therapist immediately and follow a program to ensure it heals. I’m 7 weeks out from tearing my Achilles and it makes every broken bone or tear I’ve had in the past feel like a stubbed toe. Worst injury I’ve ever been through by 100 miles and I’ve had quite a few
