There was one by my house in Central. Loved that store. Mom would let me look around in there by myself while she got groceries next door at Winn Dixie.

TG&Y was an original store in Lakeside Mall, they had a pretty decent sub sandwich lineup.

I remember a TG&Y at Sherwood and Old Hammond.
TG&Y in Plattenville of all places also had a Winn Dixie there which is now Rouses
Howard Brothers in the Antioch Shopping center. Had a Winn Dixie next to it if I remember right.

I remember a TG&Y store in the Drusilla shopping center. I still have a couple of old spools of thread that belonged to my grandmother with TG&Y price tags on them.

I was at TG&Y at Sherwood and Old Hammond on a regular basis. We lived on Sheraton Dr just off Sherwood Forest Blvd. We rode our bikes all over the place.

Is that at the corner of Antioch and Tiger Bend? I've always wondered what were the original stores there.

We had a TG&Y in east Houma. My mom would let me get a pack of 1989 Donruss baseball cards every time we went shopping there. It was connected to a Winn Dixie and a K&B in the shopping center, I think.

Yes. There was a T.G. & Y. in the Southdowns Shopping Center then later in Acadian-Perkins Plaza (where The Foyer is today) when it became a T.G. & Y. Family Center.

We had a TG&Y in Mandeville, next to a Winn Dixie. I remember TG&Y had a fabric section that my mom would go look at , while I hung out in the toy aisle. She would let us by a 45 record at times, lol
It is a CrossFit place now.

Toys, Games, and Yo-yos! Loved going to get cap guns and squirt guns there on Sherwood at old Hammond.

My reward for being patient while shopping with my mom at TG&Y was picking out a Star Wars figure in the toy section.
