At what age did you start to consider yourself old?

30? 35? 42?
When did you just pack it in and say “I’m on the down hill slope, let’s take as many people as I can with me?”

At 57, I don't feel or consider myself old. I'm just a higher mileage model.

30.. I hated turning 30. As in, the idea of it made me feel down. It was the first time when becoming a certain age made me feel one way or the other.

I turned 40 this year and I'm not saying something changed that day or whatever, but I finally reached a point where I can't deny it...I'm old.

40 was rough. 50 is close enough to where I can see it down the road. That is going to suck also.

Sitting at a restaurant in downtown Athens last weekend and seeing the college girls coming and going and then realized I was probably graduating high school before they were born. Yep, felt old at that moment but hey I still didn't mind looking.

I feel old now. It started when I discovered that I’ve been married longer than some of my co-workers have been alive. I did get married at 19 so I’m not terribly old, but the feeling is there.

I’m 35 and Had never considered myself old until a couple weeks ago when a girl (who I thought was around my age) told me she was 14 years younger than me. Then compared something I liked to her dad.

I'm 36, and it kind of hit me the last couple of years. Usually when I get to work on Monday and my body is sore from a weekend activity that never used to make me sore in the past. Lat week after waterskiing at the in-laws place, I could hardly get out of my chair at work I was so sore

Early 40's, when the body begins to fail you.

The other day my little sister (freshman in college) told me I'm old b/c I "use LOL a lot in texts".
I'm only 28 but i did not enjoy hearing this.

I'm 52. Body doesn't do what it used to, but in my mind I'm still a college kid.
