I was 3 days short of 28 when my first son was born. I got the itch of feeling old around 35 but when he entered the teenage years this year, I started to feel old AF everyday.

I'm still active as all hell with both social events and such, but this week was the first time I did feel a little hint that I'm getting old.

Several friends were posting pictures of their kids going off to college and realizing my oldest will be there pretty soon.

I’m 29 and I feel old sometimes

Especially when I talk to people in their early 20’s. They seem retarded

When I realized that today’s seniors in high school weren’t alive on 9/11.

When my youngest daughter told me to back off with the “Papa Bear” behavior while helping her move a few weeks back.....

Was bummed about getting older and then I saw Aerosmith at Jazz Fest this year with 70 year old Steven Tyler strutting around with his frickin six pack and rubbing his arse like he was 20.
I realized right then that aging really is in your mind.

Same. However, I do have health issues to deal with that I didn't have at a younger age.

Back pain and lack of friends make you feel very old.

In 39 days I will be hitting the big 50 and I don't consider or feel old. But I certainly see signs where in regards to modern culture and music and stuff where people would consider me old because I have disconnected from most of that. I have just reached a point to where if I have so much going on that if it doesn't interest me or benefit me I ignore it.

I realized I'm getting old now that I have to get up at least once a night to go piss. Also, I wake up sore for no reason. All this started right after I turned 40.
