When girls in their early to mid 20's seemed too young to me.

Didnt start to physically feel it until now, 34 or 35.

Around 33 when I realized i cannot lose weight by just running for a month.

I'm 40 and still feel young. I can't sleep through the night without having to piss though

At 35 I felt stronger then any other time but feel old af at 43

When I realized my 7 yr old was closer to her 21st birthday than I am.

I’m 37 and can drop 10 pounds in a week or two.


I don’t feel old but I for sure don’t recover as fast as I used to.

Well, about a year ago, my eye doctor said he couldn't improve my vision any further because I had the early onset of cataracts. So, I got cataract lens replacement done at the beginning of this year. I only have to wear my glasses for reading now. I'll never have cataracts when I'm old either. I highly recommend this surgery to anyone with cataract issues.

Well hell I'm 68 and don't fee; old mentally, the ole body...now that's another story....
