Thanks all for the replies. I've put money into dumber things.
A while back (like 8 or 9 years ago) I put money into a sports stock exchange, only like $50. But I was one of the first ones into it. I kept seeing the prices go way up on the shares I owned (of athletes, it was strange), but it didn't seem sustainable, so I cashed out. After like 2 months I made like $500. I left $50 in there just to see if anything happened with it, but the site folded soon after. I felt like I got in on the ground floor of some ponzi scheme. Ha.

Had some from back in 2012 when i used it to buy cellular technology for working out. It was about 300 bucks worth and i cashed it out when it hit 1k :(
