Is it ever ok to ask a women to split or pay for a dinner on first date?

Is it ever ok to text back immediately after a date?

Is it ever ok to be picked up by the female?

I feel there is a generation gap here, but my friend was picked up by the women and split the date. is this acceptable now?

Some Girls offer. I'll tell them I got it. If they insist, I'll split.

I would never ask them to split. I'm trying to get laid, not look poor.

not if you're looking to smash. seems like it'd be a mood killer.

to be fair, women think that a guy knowing where she lives is a bit uncomfortable

I have never once had a date offer to split a check, but I have also never once thought about it until now.

If I ask someone on a date, I believe it is my responsibility to pay.

unless he is in the 7th grade.

who gives two rats asses what other people think?

upon reflection, there are women who follow books. for them, you must act as if you are in charge at all times, pay for everything. I would not date such a woman.
I have had thoughtful women suggest we go Dutch.
I have had women with money offer to pay and then pay.
I have dated millionaire women. Asked if I felt comfortable with them driving.
You bet. I am not into driving cars I do not really know.

I'd never ask her to.

Why not? If you're really into the person, send a follow up text.

Not unless I really liked her. Otherwise, I wouldn't want her knowing where I lived.

Don't listen to the guys on this board. I have plenty of experience with women and dating.

Yes. Women prefer this because it lets them know that you admire their independence, and that your wallet is not as easy to get into as your pants.

quote:

Is it ever ok to text back immediately after a date?

Yes. In fact, women prefer that you text them while the date is still going. This lets them know that at no point are you texting other women.

quote:

Is it ever ok to be picked up by the female?

Yes. Women prefer this because it gives them the opportunity to see where you live, and because you can't tell how fat they are when they're still sitting in a car seat. It's better for first impressions.

I'd be more poor than I am now if I took every girl to dinner on a first date. Dinner dates on first dates also screams chump. Nugget can back me on this

Never ever ok. Ever. Not ever once. The only time it is acceptable to let a woman drive while you're in the car is if you're too fricked up go operate the vehicle. That's it.

and split the date

I'd love it of the woman offered to do this. My wife used to offer when we were dating. But I never let her.
