splitting is fine

Wait a few days to call or text back. It will make her wonder about you, thus grow her attraction level.

That makes you look feminine, so no.

Did you frick her? That's the only thing that matters.

Based on you talking for 3.5 hours you probably bored the shite out of her and she put you into her emotional tampon/validation machine box, and once you get placed there sex is unlikely to ever happen.

Well she led the conversation non-stop and didn't let up.

Maybe it was a one-off thing?

Is there still hope?

Too much availability kills attraction. I watched an episode of Frasier last night that drilled this point home. He got a new girlfriend and was smothering her with gifts, praise, and such on Valentine's Day and she broke it off with him at the end of the episode because it was too much.

2/3 rule applies everywhere. Do not invest any more than 2/3 of what she invests in you, whether that be time, attention, conversations, text messages, resources, etc.

You want to get laid on the first date, baws? Take her for a walk with your puppy and then whip up a dish at your place and crack open some wine. Cheap, easy, and you'll get laid 90% of the time if you have some game

That seems irrational and irresponsible.. If one is much wealthier than the other, let them pay.

Never ask a woman to split. That looks pretty cheap. Even if they offer, I'll insist I pay. Even if I don't like them or know there won't be a second date. It's the right thing to do.
I text when I want to. Usually women like lots of texting. In fact, I they will normally text way more than me. Just try to keep up with them.
If a woman wanted to drive/pick me up, I'd have no issue with that.

I'd bet dollars to donuts that he didn't get laid that night.

Doesn't matter - you entered her frame by participating.

As a man it is your job to LEAD... you let her do the leading and she led you right into her frame by having a 3.5 hour conversation. Never do that.

Talking to a woman isn't bad in and of itself, its when it is overdone. Again you can't build attraction by talking or words unless it is sexual in nature and the words are being used to escalate. The more you talk to a woman about mundane garbage the more likely she will make you her emotional tampon, leading to her never respecting you in a primal attraction manner. Think about the Chad at the club with tattoos and muscles and such who slays pussy on the regular. You think he has long arse conversations with women? No, because he is too busy slaying pussy. He doesn't have time for that shite.

Depends on what you mean by hope. Her being attracted to you in a carnal, primal manner? Probably not

Good advice but this is always what I do for my 2nd date

Cook together, not for her, that allows you to show off your leadership and directive when you tell her what to do to contribute.

Manners wise, a woman should offer. And the offer should be genuine. You should never go anywhere with the expectation that someone will pick up the tab.

It probably won't come off as well if you ask someone to pay, even though I agree that shouldn't be the case.

Absolutely. I would never be interested in someone who ignores me when they actually like me. Whatever you show me, I believe. If you brush me off, I am going to believe you're not into me and move on.

I am the chauffeur in my relationship, but I guess relationships don't count. Asking me to pick you up wouldn't be a dealbreaker, but I like first dates to involve alcohol so I'd prefer to just Uber to the date on my own.

Edit: First dates are for cocktails/wine/beers. Not dinner.

My opinion here is that your friend has game if he had a date with multiple women, they picked him up, and he didn't have to pay for it them.

Money really isn't the point. If you are going to ask someone on a date, be responsible and only do it if you can afford it.

Her being a billionaire isn't the point either. Now if she asked you on a date then that would be more acceptable, but you not paying would come off as if all you wanted was a free meal.

I never ask women on dates.

I say I am going to be at XXX place at XXX time and that she should join me.

Meh... I don't think its overthinking, its more like explaining the why and reasoning behind why I do what I do

I used to be the biggest loser failure when it came to women... then I changed my strategy and did a 180 when it came to success as well. My old tactics never worked, my new tactics do work.

If you paying for her food hinges on whether or not you have sex with her, she was only using you for resources anyway, so the sex will be bland vanilla starfish transactional sex.

If we're being honest, most guys are ok with this. It's not my kind of thing but for a lot of dudes it's better than nothing.

For $100 you get a nut and can move on with your week.

Typically no unless they're insistent. But that is not a common thing.

You must be really desperate. Or she better be an OT 14 with an extreme need for validation. Either way, welcome to the friend zone.

Always drive separate on a first date. Now you have a way out if needed.

No. I don't care if she is a billionaire and you only have $100 left to your name. You bring her somewhere that you can afford (don't tell her how much you have) and you insist on paying for her.
