Man I gotta get you off the east side of the river.

Roll your windows down. Drive west.

322 miles of mountain biking trails

What they are doing there and the rest of Arkansas is amazing in this regard of building trails.

2 yrs tuition at the best private school in the area for my two elementary aged children and we got a deal.

The public schools are excellent in NWA. I've researched them.

I’d go in a heartbeat if I could get the family on board. Money saved from not having kids in private schools, can still find reasonable prices for homes with a little effort, clear streams and rivers for fly fishing...

which of course means in 15 years the locust will fly out of Colorado and other great states they decimated and work their magic and progress on NW Ark.

My family is on board. It's just a little more complicated for us than just picking up and moving in a few months.

Surprised Boo Krewe hasn’t made an appearance in this thread.

Although I’m sure the mountain bike has a weight limit on it, so he would have to trade it in for something else.

I could see this really backfiring and causing a ton of trash to move there for the free money

Or what’s stopping me from renting a cheap studio apt there and changing my address to it and collecting 10k then just drop the apt and keep living where I’m at

They’re not just handing out cash to any warm body.. Qualified individuals with a brain and some sense of ambition are required.
