shite, I'm game. May actually look into this.

Anything is better than where I'm at. I wonder if I'd qualify.

If ya gotta pay people to live there, ya might wanna take a look at why it's so unappealing in the 1st place, or not gonna retain residents long term.

I’m about ready to sell my compound on LakeTravis outside Austin. It used to be country . The amount of people that have relocated here has changed everything. Dumbarses cutting you off in traffic is a everyday thing now. Antifa like , now are bold enough to scream and blow their horns when they drive by. I’ve counted 3 dead deer over the last week from people not paying attention. The kids had a Karen attack them at the park and cursed them for 10 minutes because they had a small MAGA flag on the golf cart . The cops actually wanted us and other parents to press charges . They had to pick up trash for 8 weekends.

I will be moving North of Fayetteville (Bella Vista) as soon as my house sells. Will this work?

Interesting. If I weren’t vested in my retirement, I would go tomorrow. Very pretty country you there.

NWA is awesome. We live in Little Rock and sister in law is in Fayetteville area. It’s absolutely beautiful up there, lots of great outdoor activities, weather is awesome and the public schools are great. Lots of jobs. And the people are way cooler in NWA than LR. I would move up there if it weren’t 3 more hours from my family in Louisiana, which is already hard enough.

You can probably say this about most areas that have a fast growing white collar job market.

Nah, not every place has the natural scenic beauty and weather. It really is a great area.

Yeah, it's high on our list but I think he was referring to it being overrun with transplants and hipsters like Austin or Nashville eventually.

I don't think Austin has great weather. The scenery is better than Louisiana, but it's not as good as NWA, yet it's one of the fastest growing cities in the country.

Wouldn’t go that far. It’s definitely better than Fort Smith or Little Rock humidity. Temps here are 7-10 degrees cooler than my in-laws place in south LA.

You could take a 50% pay cut and still be better off (if you'd like living in NWA that is)
