Maybe some lawyers can chime in, but harassment or defamation of character charges could be argued here. It seems the guy made it seem like he was the owner of that establishment. Using the language he used has resulted in boycotts/death threats/loss of business to an establishment he had no affiliation to.

Well I see an opportunity.

1. Pose as your competitor’s employee
2. Start throwing out racist names to random minorities walking about
3. Profit

Sounds like that's what it was...

quote:

The officer interviewed Ng again at his residence on Saturday evening and asked Ng if he understood how his comments could provoke a fight. The reports says Ng said he didn't think his comments were inflammatory and believed Abram was "mapping the place" and part of a "recon team."

"I asked if Paul understood how there could be fallback from the comments and Paul stated that he understood but did not see why there was so much energy wasted on the incident," the report stated. "Paul was certain that the incident would be gone and forgotten within a week."

And what are the charges that will result in the 1983 suit?

Scruffy, STFU. I have already stated by I voted the way I did. Do I like Joe Biden? No. But I dislike him less than Trump.

I put country above party and in my opinion Trump cares more about his self interest than the best interest of the country.

Also, I don't like the way he operates. He knows exactly how to get the reaction he wants out of his followers, which are millions of people. That's a lot of power, which I think he weaponizes to used in his best interest.

I am a registered republican but I consider myself independent. There are some issues that I have more of a left view on and some issues I have more of a right view on.

So can Scruffy understand that?

But again, is there a law against using racial slurs?

There is not. Ol' Andy is about to get a nice paycheck for having his First Amendment right of Free Speech trampled on.

I'm no law expert by any means, but I'm going to give this a shot anyway.

If you conduct yourself in a manner, whether by your actions or your words (not necessarily racist words), that is deemed harsh enough to likely or possibly incite a violent response, this is considered "disorderly conduct".

Due to the fact that I was actually surprised this guy didn't get his arse beat, I would say this charge is probably correct.

I'm pretty sure we all have seen or heard of tons of people being arrested for this even though a racial slur wasn't used, a punch was never thrown, and no property damage occurred. But the person was acting like an idiot and very easily could have started a fight.

Again a lot of your criticisms you specifically said about Trump also apply to Biden and a lot of other politicians. You’re too dumb or navie to see that

That's complete and utter bullshite.

Trump pushed through legislation to revamp the VA so vets are no longer LITERALLY dying while waiting on an appointment.

He pushed through a tax plan which brought over $100B back into the country, spurred insane growth and wage increases.

He did those, and far more, while facing TWO different soft coup attempts.

You didn't put country first, you put your own biases first and are now attempting to hide that under some sort of cloak of martyrdom.

I am. They are tons of fun.

Peckerwood
Cracker
White trash
Honkey
Redneck
Coonass
Wop
Dago
Goombah
Mick
Polack
Frog
Limey
Paddy
Slope
Slant
Hooknose
Gyppo

They add flavor to language. Why should it be fine to call people colorful names, you potato-eating yabbo?

But some are verboten, you needle-knobbing ushmoop?

Mushface.

Because they have never lived in a society where censorship has taken hold and/or do not understand that it doesn't simply stop at covering only what they do not like.

Your statement is the definition of TDS. You dislike him so much that you don't care about his policies and all the good they have done for ALL Americans.

I'd like to see what happened before and after the recording started. You can make an argument that the youtuber was looking for content to post on his youtube page and was the instigator.

Look, what he said was racist AF and I don't agree with what he said, but it wasn't disorderly conduct. Fighting, pissing in a public street, acting up at a government council meeting.. That's disorderly conduct. Not telling someone its a "------ free zone" or that you are a racist.

Not going to make a 1983 when the disorderly conduct statute reads as it does, specifically #3. I am not saying the charges might not be dismissed but there is plenty of law to charge him under, not even close to a 1983.

13-2904. Disorderly conduct; classification

A. A person commits disorderly conduct if, with intent to disturb the peace or quiet of a neighborhood, family or person, or with knowledge of doing so, such person:

1. Engages in fighting, violent or seriously disruptive behavior; or

2. Makes unreasonable noise; or

3. Uses abusive or offensive language or gestures to any person present in a manner likely to provoke immediate physical retaliation by such person; or

4. Makes any protracted commotion, utterance or display with the intent to prevent the transaction of the business of a lawful meeting, gathering or procession; or

5. Refuses to obey a lawful order to disperse issued to maintain public safety in dangerous proximity to a fire, a hazard or any other emergency; or

6. Recklessly handles, displays or discharges a deadly weapon or dangerous instrument.

B. Disorderly conduct under subsection A, paragraph 6 is a class 6 felony. Disorderly conduct under subsection A, paragraph 1, 2, 3, 4 or 5 is a class 1 misdemeanor.
