Arizona Man Arrested After Black Youtuber Recorded Him Using Racial Slurs

Abram began recording, and Ng said, "I'm a racist," and that Abram shouldn't be in the area "because this is a no (N-word) zone."
The video has garnered over 182,000 views on Instagram as of Monday evening and been shared by prominent activist Shaun King.
"I would say my first response was shock," Abram told The Arizona Republic. "I was in disbelief that I was hearing the words that I was actually hearing. It was a moment that really boggled my mind — and it still does even to this moment."

WTF? So you can get arrested for using racial slurs? I laughed when I heard the Asian man say it was a ------- zone. Im not racist, I just thought it was funny because he gave 0 fricks.

I obviously don’t condone this, and he’s a dumbass, but using offensive language should not an arrest-able offense

This is an incredibly disingenuous argument. I abhor racism, and find it to be incredibly disgusting. The idea that someone would look at another person and make everlasting judgements purely based on the color of their skin is mindboggling gross to me.
That being said, I will always fight for freedom of speech, even if I find that speech to be vile.

So called hate speech is the most important type of free speech to protect. Unless you want some bureaucrat deciding what is classified as hate speech. If so, goodbye 1st amendment.
