In other words, a person will be carted off to jail depending on how easily offended, quick-tempered, and prone to violence his “victim” is, rather than his own actions. If this is the case, you’d be able to slur chill old grandmas, or mature, rational people all day long, but you cannot slur the on-edge, militant lilandre types who are to eager “lay you down,” or encourage the looting of a store.

I disagree with your interpretation. It's just my opinion, but I disagree. I think any rational cop could easily assess that a person was being overly sensitive.

It happened in a city with a Ivy League Democrat running it. Of course, the guy has no constitutional rights.

I like how the rapper asks the Asian guy why the Asian guy took his picture - while the rapper is filming the Asian guy.

I thought America is a racist country. You would think people walk around saying it all day.

Is that city not in a country that Trump presides?

If you conduct yourself in a manner, whether by your actions or your words (not necessarily racist words), that is deemed harsh enough to likely or possibly incite a violent response, this is considered "disorderly conduct".

Do you think he would have been arrested if he called the other guy's mother a whore? That would lead a lot of people to violence, but I guarantee no one would be arrested for calling someone's mother a whore.

Freedom of speech is what is being lost now days. The right to be able to express your views, no matter how repugnant or misguided, is severely suppressed. Sigh!

I dont think you understand what is going on. Trump is trying to rid the country of what happened here. He didn't implement this mentality or support it like biden does.

I get that, but it still happened during his presidency. Calling it "Biden's America" when it happened during Trump's term is stupid.

From my interpretation of the above text, it doesn't fall under the 1st Amendment.
First of all, the 1st protects you from persecution by the government for verbal attacks against the government. That's it. The 1st is only there to keep congress in check. Congress has made no laws that go against the 1st, therefore the 1st amendment ends there with congress.

It probably doesn't, but it would fall under the Arizona Constitution for freedom of speech

Arizona has an "abuse of right" clause which the DC verbiage could be considered abuse.

I will give a hypo:

Someone is following an 87yo little lady down the road and screaming at her she is a whore. They do it every time she leaves her home.

I think most people would agree there should be a legal limit to this. Now if you do agree this is beyond the scope of the protection of FOS when there is a line between what NG did and this hypo.

That's complete and utter bullshite.

Trump pushed through legislation to revamp the VA so vets are no longer LITERALLY dying while waiting on an appointment.

He pushed through a tax plan which brought over $100B back into the country, spurred insane growth and wage increases.

He did those, and far more, while facing TWO different soft coup attempts.

You didn't put country first, you put your own biases first and are now attempting to hide that under some sort of cloak of martyrdom.

And you believe anything without doing your research.

quote:

WASHINGTON (AP) — Boastful on the occasion of Memorial Day, President Donald Trump and his Veterans Affairs secretary are claiming full credit for health care improvements that were underway before they took office.

Trump said he passed a private-sector health care program, Veterans Choice, after failed attempts by past presidents for the last “45 years.” That’s not true. The Choice program, which allows veterans to see doctors outside the government-run VA system at taxpayer expense, was first passed in 2014 under President Barack Obama.

Trump’s VA secretary, Robert Wilkie, also is distorting the facts. Faulting previous “bad leadership” at VA, Wilkie suggested it was his own efforts that improved waiting times at VA medical centers and brought new offerings of same-day mental health service. The problem: The study cited by Wilkie on wait times covers the period from 2014 to 2017, before Wilkie took the helm as VA secretary. Same-day mental health services at VA were started during the Obama administration.

AP

But I am sure since its not what YOU believe about Trump it is fake news right?

Has Biden ever said "I support that type of mentality"?
Is this shite that they want you to think or is there something specific that Biden has done or said in the past that implied that's the mentality he supported?
