If you watch the video, it's pretty clear.
Old dude "this boat launch is for residents only"
Teen - " my friend lives here (friend is part of his group)"
Old dude and teen start arguing with each other.

Does not matter how "disabled or not disabled" the kid was. The old dude attacked him. Case closed.

Agree. He should have stopped at the double slap though . Let the smartass kid’s embarrassment do the rest of the damage.

His crutches are on the ground next to him when the fight starts.

Look, I don't like mouthy kids either, but I've never felt the need to drown one.

Biggest bunch of pussy friends I’ve ever seen. That ole man would’ve been napping with the fishes if he tried drowning me or a buddy

The only thing they had intentions of doing was filming it for views and a payday. This is just provocation entertainment that these frickers do now. Old man should’ve taken all three of them and put them in the lake where nobody could find them

I watched about half the video before the awful Yankee accents made me shut it down.

My assumption is this retiree got pissed off because these college age kids were riding their jet skis on a small private lake, probably in some small community neighborhood lake.

You obviously can't try to drown someone over that. Holy shite. But IF my assumption is correct, yeah, Id be annoyed too. You buy a lot in a neighborhood like that because typically you want space between you and your neighbors as well as the ambience + peace and quiet.

I don't know how to reconcile that statement with "well, what if one of the actual neighbors owns jet skis?". Tough shite I guess. Youve got nothing to stand on there argument wise. Move I guess if it bothers you that much.

But (again) IF it's a small private neighborhood lake closed to the public and kids are just coming and ripping and running that don't live there, yeah, I wouldn't be happy either.

But I'd call the police and have them trespassed, not go to the lakefront, argue like a jackass, get into a fight, and then try to drown someone. Holy shite.

Nah frick all that nonsense. People like you and me are 100% Generation X. Same childhood as the technical Generation X. Latchkey kids, corded landlines, pay phones, no cell phones, etc.

It’s a bitter pill to swallow my friend, but we are millennials. Elder millennials or xillennials perhaps, but millennials all the same.

Gen X guys are the ones still wearing cargo shorts, chain wallets, and have goatees. We’re more evolved.

I'm a late Boomer(62), and my wife is an early GenXer(66). Neither of us feel like we fit the Stereotype of the generation we are classed in.

Generational classifications are generally kind of iffy at best, and lamenting the shortcomings of all the other generations is kind of dumb. But we all do it

Yeah not sure where I stand on this attempted murder

This thread is wild. Some of you are saying you aren’t sure about attempted murder.

What the frick else would you call it when you try to strangle someone underwater? “Attempted I was just going to teach him a lesson until he passed out”?

I can’t believe nobody did anything after that old dude open hand slapped that kid. That would’ve set me off. And his friends suck for letting that shite go on as long as it did, especially the assault part. I'd like to think my friends are stopping that shite as soon as I’m being strangled and held underwater. That was ridiculous.

Kid was also an a-hole too. Begging a clearly pissed off old dude to shoot you is definitely an interesting strategy, I suppose. “Are the cops gonna shoot me?” being his first question when cops were brought up was also strange.

I did think it was hilarious that two separate people on the same page asked Volvagia if he was retarded though.

How many times did you jerk off to that video of Coach O telling that one dude he’d bury him in his fishing hole or whatever?
