I have no idea. Whataburger is really OK. But here in East Texas Jucy's makes a better burger.

There aren't any in/outs in my area. I just like Whataburger.

Not going to argue they're the best tasting fries but for what they are, which is very fresh and lightly fried and salted, I like them.

I like Whataburger better than In-N-Out strictly for the patty melt.

For just a regular burger, In-N-Out is better. They both have pretty meh fries though.

In California/Nevada/Arizona... Double Double, animal style. fricking destroys any fast food burger out there. And it's cheaper than most of the shitty fast food burgers.

Whataburger’s menu is freaking awesome. I almost never even get the same thing two times in a row. So much deliciousness to choose from

In-N-Out is good but I only have it maybe once a year. I feel like it would get real old if I had it regularly

Arguing that Whataburger is better than In-N-Out is like claiming Zaxby's is better than Chick Fil A or Canes. It just isn't so.

I have both In-N-Out and Whataburger close to me, and I probably choose to eat Whataburger 4xs for every 1x I pick In-N-Out.

In-N-Out’s fries can go straight into the trash. Do not give them a second chance, just don’t ever order them again.

Living on the west coast and Texas growing up, I prefer Whataburger. But a Double Double Animal Style is an awesome value for the $.

And their slow expansion.

The original owner didn't want to expand because they took a lot of pride in their fresh ingredients. The meat was sourced in California near them and never frozen. Their lettuce and tomatoes came from California. Potatoes probably all from Idaho. Everything when you eat at In-N-Out on the west coast is fresh AF. I 've never. Not once, had a less than absolutely fresh piece of lettuce or tomato. When the original owners kids took the business over that's when they started to expand. Even though they've expanded some, I think they still try to keep with the focus on fresher, more locally/regionally sourced ingredients.

In-N-Out is cheaper than Whatashittyburger and definitely cheaper than Shake Shack... and it's better than both of them.

No comment on waterburger because I never liked it. It’s typical fast food to me.

But if you are in Chicago and are considering Shake Shack, you should skip it and go to That Burger Joint instead.

Went to I&O in Scottsdale several years ago and it was awesome. They finally opened in Austin a few years ago. It’s nothing like I remembered .
Mighty Fine burgers and Shakes is the best. Hand made fresh patties, grilled onions and jalapeños onion rings , mustard and a Blue bell shake . Whataburger is better than I&O , no doubt.
