In Louisiana, the type of people they employ at all the ones I've been to, make it damn near impossible to go to one. Definitely poorly managed here.

I don't need to wait an hour for a 2 piece.

don’t think I have ever been to a good location.

The 2 in Portland on MLK aren't bad. 1 is newer and is better. The service is meh.

Now the ones in the suburbs of Portland look great. Clean and have good service.

I used to think yes based on my experiences living in South Louisiana and downtown Orlando.

Then I moved out to the Frisco/McKinney area in Texas, and my local Popeye's is basically on par with Chick Fil A with service.

The one in french settlement is awesome. More often than not I get extra tenders/biscuit from them.

It's a toss-up between Popeyes and Burger King as to who has the worst customer service. They hire the rejects from the other fast food places.

Popeyes in Jacksonville North Carolina. I’d order my food sometimes and before I? could finish paying the food would be out

I've enjoyed most of the popeyes i've been to.

Also high traffic commercial locations aren't cheap to rent if that is what you are asking.

I've been to some in California and they were good, except they barely add any sugar to their sweet teas.

Fear of being sued for causing obesity while being fined $1000 per gram.

They'd be safer just stirring in cocaine.

I quit going 3 years ago after a racist bitch who managed the one in Prairieville pissed me off.

The one in McCarran Airport is good. After a few days in Vegas you need some fried chicken and a biscuit to soak it all up and help you recover.

The one in Mandeville near the Causeway is good. The staff is cheery and pleasant just about everytime I go in there which is about three times per year.

The Popeye's Louisiana Kitchen in Concourse B at ATL
is well-run and the physical appearance of the store is fine.

I've been to a couple locations outside Portland, OR. They're the way Popeyes used to be.
