There is also just the nature of proper use. Like others have mention, Xanax isn’t supposed to be taken every day.

Kpins are prescribed many times as a frickin sleep med. What you think they're supposed to be used for and how they're being used might not like up.

Who says you can't drink on them? I don't recommend it but I also don't remember a lot when I do.

Did this a lot in college. We called it time traveling.

Had a GF that took klonopin.. She would blame her stupidity on klonopin. She drank moderately. When she did drink she got real kinky.. Like jump up on my kitchen counter naked and tell me to put it in her arse.

I took Xanax for 13 years. 1-3 mgs a day. I quit two years ago and I have never been through anything like that in my life. The withdrawals were unimaginable. I laid on my office floor for a month sick as I have ever been. The Xanax withdrawals are legit. I would go through RASP again before I detox from Xanax again

Yet everyone says I should just get meds to fly. You hardcore are telling me to continue going into the lounge, laying out a $20 tip, and saying, "Let's go."

CML Is a type of blood cancer etc. I started taking kratom when I stopped going ti the pain Dr.
With that said, I totally agree with you about people being able to function and not catch a buzz. Speak publicly one and on. My mom and several posters tool them the right way. If you ever stop or there is a shortage it's gonna be the absolutely worse shite anyone had been through. I wouldn't wish that on my worst enemy.

Are y’all talking being really drunk and big doses of benzos or a few drinks and taking 0.5mg of Xanax gonna kill you?
When people in south la say drink they mean get blackout hammered.

Taking a Xanax and having a few beers or a couple glasses of wine isn’t going to harm you

Do I recommend it for people with addiction issues? No

Is it healthy? No

You need to know yourself

I have had the same 10 prescription Xanax for 4 plus years. It will likely last me 10 years. . Some people can’t make 10 pills of anything last 5 days

If you are similar to me above and want it for only flying situations, get it. If you are a group b person above, I wouldn’t recommend it

This is not the problem. I woukd do this in college like once every couple of months. Those were some good times. Could I have drove and killed someone and not even know? Yep
What I'm talking about is taking them when prescribed or just taking them for months and years on end. You dont realize what your getting yourself into. Straight Horror story

I take them 1-2 times per week to sleep and have for years. Is that bad? Never really felt any withdrawal.

Booze OR Benzos, not AND. I was taking 0.5mg last time I took a drink with one. Zero to coma. I mostly use them for long flights or high anxiety situations. Probably once a month or less. Not a long term solution and any doc worth his salt should know this. Xanax should always be filled zero refills and at the minimum therapeutic dose.

SIL (no pics) is addicted to Xanax (1mg daily). Last year, and under her doctor’s direction, she started to step down her daily dose and couldn’t handle the withdrawals. Back to her regular dose she’s taking them for life now. Not worth it to her for an inpatient rehab knowing one slip would put her right back where she is.
