The only thing it's been good for is finding lost pets. Other than that it's nothing but a bunch of old people bitching about stupid shite. The latest was some psycho vigilante in is 60s riding around following a car full of panhandlers while calling 911 to have them arrested. NOPD has slightly more serious shite to worry about than that and it's not even illegal to panhandle in New Orleans. Dude was posting a play by play of him stalking the car at 10pm on a Thursday. It was entertaining at least.

My neighborhood has Nextdoor. My SO uses it and pays attention to it, I don't.

Also a great one. I do troll folks on there sometimes just for fun.

We have one but it mainly just used for people to bitch about the HOA. Sometimes it can be quite entertaining

I know it was said in jest, but the idea of someone in a single-wide looking forward to an evening of cat killing as their daily highlight is pretty sad. lol

Our neighborhood is pretty laid back for the most part. Every now and again someone's inner idiot posts though. We had a guy a while back threaten to to "take matters into his own hands and call animal control" after his security cam showed some half sized mutt on his driveway. He sounded like a real vigilante.

A nightmare? This app sounds like endless fun. I'm downloading it right now to see if my neighborhood uses it.

Is there a way to keep yourself and your info hidden? I don't want these fricks knowing it's me messing with them

For the people not able to view the current cat trapping thread, it is now over 100 replies long. However, it looks like the thread is winding down. The geographic range of commenters stretches from Southdowns to Bayou Fountain/Highland Creek and all points in between Perkins and Burbank.

Right now there is a thread about cat trapping

The best thing to do with a nuisance cat is trap it in a cage trap, like this:

They're usually smart enough to avoid it, but if you do happen to trap a cat, place the cage, with the cat in it, in a large bucket of water, but not deep enough to drown the cat, obviously. Leave the cat there, soaking wet, for a couple hours, then take it and release it a couple miles away.

You'll never see that cat again.

How long does this website take to send you a verification email? I signed up pretending to be my bitchy neighbor, and have been waiting like 4 hours for the email so I can begin trolling

Every time someone pops a black cat there are a number of messages about gun shots being fired.
