If you can access any of the frozen pipes at all, wrap a heating pad around them and keep it on with the faucets open. This constant heat source will be conducted through the frozen pipes and should be much faster and less of a pain in the arse than a hair dryer.

It is by choice. We did sling tv last year but I don't think it picked up MNF games.

It sounds like your land is essentially the recipient of a natural diversion. It is definitely receiving some sediment inputs and freshwater/nutrients to help offset the high level of relative sea level rise down there.

Anyone ever use Costco tire center? I have a membership there and know they sell tires. Michelin & BF Goodrich I believe.
