Anyone Ever Gone Through Alcohol Withdrawals?

Since everyone else gets their medical device from the OT. What does it feel like? Went to a bachelor party last weekend and hit the booze pretty hard for 4 days straight. Went cold turkey on chills, sweats, brain fog, anxiety, exhaustion, tough sleeping. Just wondering if this is something that could be contributed to withdrawals. Already negative on the ole covid test.

Sounds like you have a case of AIDS, not alcohol withdrawals. Congrats, that was close!

What you describe does match symptoms of withdrawal. Outside that party, do you drink every day? How much?

You probably need to go ahead and get on the liver waiting list

You think you will start having withdrawal symptoms from a long weekend bender?
Like someone else said, that's a hangover.

Prior to the party, I would probably drink 3-4 days a week. Not entirely too heavy. Probably 2-3 beers each time.

You can definitely get withdrawals from 4 days if you were drinking day and night.

Consider where you are posting. You just described a Monday for the OT.

It is real and it is awful. It does take few days and laying low is best.

Usually about ab hour or so into work I feel like a need a drink some days. Does that count?

4 days of heavy drinking wont be giving you heavy withdrawal symptoms. you probably partied too hard, didnt rest enough, knocked your immune system down and got a lil cold.

That's a classic 2-3 day bachelor party hangover.

Those are the classic symptoms. How good was this party?

People make liver jokes when it comes to drinking, but I learned first hand your pancreas takes massive abuse from hard drinking.
Tl,dr: you will have diabetes soon

Sounds like you partied a little too hard, bachelor wanted to go out with a bang before the big day and now you have the monkey pox.
