This looks miserable.
I'm all for socializing, but I am much more for being able to have personal space.
We went to the Lake Bash on Marepas a few times back in the day. We tended to forget how awful it really was during the year and showed up the next year.

Do you all not know how big that body of water is and that is has tides/currents?
The little bit of piss is a non-concern out there.
And I can't believe twats would be worried about bull sharks in the lake. I think there have been two attacks in the lake in the past 30 years. I could be a little off on that, but I promise the people drinking and driving with that event is a much bigger safety hazard if you want to play the odds.

As big as that body of water is, and all of those people are standing in it without any land nearby in the photo, and the water appears to be only about 4-4.5 feet deep.
The water is deeper than that on my Baton Rouge driveway when we get a really hard sustained rain, like in 2016 and when Ida came through.

The couple next to the lady wearing the salty hat are fricking.

I swore off nasty arse Louisiana Bayou water quite a while ago.

The one in the black with the white hat next to her isn't so bad herself.

I'm glad they are gone, there are still trout here for some damn reason and this float fest just gets in the way.

Good chance someone's gonna get that arse bitten by a shark and/or find a dismembered body.
Here's the disclaimer I was talking about earlier.

That looks like a fricking nightmare. Hard pass.

I love boating, women and water and that does not look like fun at all.
