Lost 17 lbs since June. Just eating sensible portions, stopped eating out at lunch, and cut down in the soda/sweets. I hovered around 201 over the holidays which I consider a win.

I brown bag it for lunch 4 days per week. Saves money and a lot of calories. Restaurant portions are huge.

In. Alcohol is out for a few months. Increasing cardio and reducing calories. On the road back to ~8% body fat.

You're welcome to go over there and discuss your lifts. And make fun of sugar burners.

No thanks.

How do you lose 7lbs in a week and a half?

Either you’re very fat or on meth

I ate kind of shitty over the holidays and ate way more carbs than usual. I "gained" 6 pounds of water weight. I got home got back to my normal routine and lost it all in like 4 days

I’m on the ultra-low sodium, red meat no more than once a week, no green leafy vegetables diet. So far it and the meds I take daily have kept me alive for 2+ years and counting.

I have to take the blood thinner Coumadin because of my mechanical valve in my heart. It’s literally rat poison. Green leafy vegetables are high in Vitamin K which is the antidote for Coumadin.

Didn't you almost die one time? I think you may have mentioned that like once

Everyone who eats is on a diet, are you referring to a weight loss program?

Guys can lose weight so much easier than women

That's what my sister says about smoking. Here's what I say. Women are quick to blame their lack of willpower on men somehow having it easier.
