Trade beer for wine / hard liquor, you ever see a fat wino??

I somewhat have, but I love me some beer. Drank for the first time this year Friday and I went with crown and water, with a splash of lemon. The crown isn't all that great, but the alternative of water over coke saved me a ton, and it tasted 1000 times better too. But I really don't like coke anyway.

Not really true. I mean, if you eat like a man, then I guess.

Not much of a coke fan myself unless its mixed with something. That was always my biggest vice, soft drinks. I used to knock down 3-5 a day like it was nothing.

Or 9 people who are smart enough to know that 100% of people are on a diet. Might be a terrible diet, but a diet none the less.

I accept that in principle.
IRL I only defeat weight by paying someone to make my portion controlled meals.
Or
Using juicer heavily for a few days. I can.lose 8 to 10 in 3 or 4 days.

I meditate on pie.
Pizza or pecan.
