Call it yoga, advanced stretching, hell whatever you have to call it, but it does work.
ETA: Look up these two goofy looking dudes named Bob and Brad on YouTube. They're PT guys who focus on stretching. They have stretches for everything and everyone, at all levels.

I sleep about 12 hours for 1 night every 2/3 weeks - does wonders for all ailments I have. Go to bed at 8 and wake up at 8. Did it last night and feel 10 years younger.

Find a mobility app and do the daily workouts. My favorite has been Movement Vault. $10/month and they have a new routine every day plus a library of exercises and some specific routines.

I started stretching regularly and plantar fasciitis is gone and I moved better on the whole.
I stopped it came back.
Seems important.

Time is undefeated and there is nothing we can do about it. That being said, staying active is the key to fighting it off as long as possible. An hour of activity a day at least. Could be a walk, going to the gym, working in the yard, something that gets you up and gets you moving. Just stay active. The worst thing you can do is become sedentary.

I have hardware in my back & my son bought me one of these and it has helped quite a bit. Also a good work out. Yoga is great & they have naked Yoga if you're into that.

Yoga. It’s just a fancy name for stretching. Meditation aspect is good too. Do it or quit bitching.
