Being Oak Ridge are you sure they don’t have Internet through Century Link? Also check to see if she is in an area receiving fiber. Many companies got grants to run fiber to rural areas. Sky Rider / Ark La Tex Fiber among others are in those areas I think. If she’s even too rural for that check to ...
