Amazon has removed a controversial kids' T-shirt from its website after being accused of promoting pedophilia.
The shirt, emblazoned with “Daddy’s Little Slut," was being sold by third-party retailer Onlybabycare, which offers other children’s apparel on Amazon.

The product description for the T-shirt claimed it was “suitable” for various occasions, such as “playing outside, birthday party, baby shower, baptism, wedding, baby photography, daily wear, family day.” It was also listed as unisex and suitable for “little girls or boys.” The product sparked outrage, with Twitter users demanding that Amazon pull the item.

Just weeks previously, Redbubble had come under fire for selling skirts and pillows with images of Auschwitz printed on them. The black and white skirts depicting the former Nazi concentration camp were described as “disturbing” by Auschwitz museum officials.
Redbubble responded by admitting that the items were “not acceptable” and that it would take “immediate action” to remove them from sale.
I wonder if this stuff is being designed by AI. If so, there are a few bugs to work out.

What’s next, lampshades made to look like tanned human flesh out of the Ed Gein collection?

They're doing this on purpose to get their name out there. Free publicity.

Most likely non-English speakers using some bad translation software.

I would think there would be more Engrish involved if they were doing the Babel Fish method.

It's probably AI or something else similarly mindless.
I'm guessing it's one of these CafePress type companies that just has 1000s of slogans and graphics and is throwing them on every conceivable product line. Keychains, sweatshirts, kids shirts, etc. They come packaged with tag lines for the underlying product that have no real connection to the shirt's content.
It is gross, but it's an example of a likely automated thing that will be used for clickbait without the media entities telling readers that in all reality no person or people looked at this and said "yes let's sell this shirt."
It is, however, a good opportunity to shite on Amazon for now having 1000 cheap Chinese rip off products for every single useful item.

I’d rather the asteroid take just you out. The rest of us aren’t buying, promoting, or condoning the shirt. No need for us to die cause you’re an emotional dwarf with no ability to compartmentalize things you don’t like.
