Normally I would champion the taking it down, a while I think it was the right move, why not leave it up.
Somebody buys that shirt, their name and address gets sent to the fbi. Probably the easiest and cheapest way to get eyes on someone that is seriously fricked up.

she is probably wearing a blank shirt and they just shop logos onto it. I mean I know there are some fricked up people out there, but I'd imagine there's no way in hell most parents would allow their daughter be photographed modeling that shirt.

Correct
a simple search reveals that the same exact photo with different slogans on the shirt is used on hundreds of ad links.
And as I said before, neither redbubble or Amazon is “promoting” this shirt...these are user-generated auto-ads on a third party storefront
if you think it’s easy to manufacture outrage now (it is), just wait until the latest video editing tools get wide distribution.

Funny because the other day my girlfriend actually called me a pedophile. Kinda fricked up. Quite honestly i was surprised, thats an awfully big word for a twelve year old.
