AI for yearbook photos: Why?

My daughter receives her senior yearbook tomorrow but one of her friends already got hers and sent her a picture. Someone decided to use AI on the superlative photos ("best ....", "most likely to...").
They turned my daughter (who you can tell has Irish ancestry) into an Asian American.
Right now I can't tell how upset I should be but the fact that it's her senior yearbook is putting a little extra spice into my feelings.
What do y'all think about this?

I don't know yet. Obviously there is a yearbook committee made of students but there are also adults (teachers, admin, the people at the yearbook company) that could have done it as well.
It's nice to know what my daughter would have looked like if I impregnated Lucy Lui but that's not what I paid for.

So if I’m reading this right. The pictures in question are not the actual main head shot photos in the yearbook.
If this is the case I wouldn’t be too mad. Someone just thought something would be funny but instead ruined a section of the yearbook. Disappointing but wouldn’t lose sleep over it.
