It could make money if
1. He is there all the time
2. Employees are mostly family members
This is how arabs and indians make money on gas stations up there, they keep it in the family.
Any north BR local employee will rob you blind

He will go broke. Every customer will pay for a "to go" buffet and stuff 3 whole pizzas somehow in that box.
Seen it many times at Pizza Hut buffet here

I would, but I'd never fly into BTR

Good for him. I'm all for it.
That probably won't last long.

this is how you make an area better.
Just opening this business won't do it.
Baton Rouge needs an influx of hipster and gay people to try to start moving into these poor areas. That's how poor areas get gentrified but then the property values go up and the poors start screaming racism.

Phat Boyz Pizza is better.

Someone will rob and/or vandalize the construction site.

Is this considered an oasis in the food desert or is this a poisoned well?

People departing/arriving at BTR with kids OR without a business expense account will most certainly be looking for a Pizza joint near the airport.
Ole no kid havin' rich arse.

They get gentrified because the "culcha" gets pushed out.
Posted on 5/15/18 at 1:51 pm to Centinel
Yeah, Johnnys isn't exactly "gentrification" material
